Restaurant Marketing Book Series Coming
A behind-the-scenes look at the research, writing, and publication of a new book series by a veteran food and beverage journalist.
It’s been eight years since the publication of my first nonfiction book, Pizza: A Slice of American History.
Now, after more than 15 years of writing for the food and beverage industry, I’m ready to create a series of books about affordable restaurant marketing.
I’d like to share my progress with those who are interested—whether you’re a restaurant operator or writer.
This will serve a variety of purposes: It will keep me on track with my deadlines, give you a peek into book creation, and potentially introduce me to contacts I hadn’t previously considered for quotes.
